To enhance the user experience of MEXCers, MEXC has launched a self-application function for you to recover your wrong deposits. If you have deposited digital assets to MEXC but they are not credited to your account, you can retrieve them through the "Wrong Deposit Retrieval Application" page.
1. What are the conditions for self-application?

When you apply for a transaction that involves depositing into your MEXC account from another platform or wallet.

When the relevant transaction you are applying for shows a "confirmed/successful" status on the blockchain (or any status similar to "Success" or "Confirmed").
Friendly reminder: Please make sure that your deposit recovery situation meets the above conditions. MEXC will not be able to help you recover your assets for any situation other than these.
These situations may include:

You will not be able to make an application for withdrawals from MEXC to an external address.

MEXC does not allow MEXCers to apply on behalf of others. The transfer you submitted should be done by you.

If you have deposited a crypto with a MEMO/TAG and forgot to fill it in or filled it in wrongly, please contact Customer Service for verification and help. Do not make a self-application.

The wrong deposit retrieval function only applies to cases where your digital assets failed to be deposited into your MEXC account. For assets that have already been successfully deposited into your account, refunds are not supported.
If you have confirmed that the reason your deposit has not been credited is not related to any of the above issues and all information is correct, please contact Customer Service for verification.
2. How to fill out the retrieval application

Log in to your MEXC account and go to the Help Center page.

Click on [Wrong Deposit Retrieval Request] to enter the application page.

Fill in the relevant information on the page, and click [Submit] after completing the form.
Instructions for filling out the form:
a. Deposit Crypto: Please make sure that the crypto name you fill in matches the one on the block explorer.
b. Deposit Network/Address: Please fill in the network and address that are displayed on the block explorer page. Refer to the "to address" for the deposit address. On some blockchains, it may be displayed as the "Destination address", "Receiver", or other similar descriptions.
c. Deposit Amount: To improve processing efficiency, please fill in the correct deposit amount. Make sure the amount matches what is displayed on the block explorer.
d. Deposit Transaction ID (TxID): TxID refers to the transaction ID corresponding to each block. Please make sure that the block information displayed matches the transaction you are applying for.

Double-check to make sure that all the information you entered is correct. If there are errors, you can click [Back to Edit]. Click [Submit] only after confirming all the details.

MEXC Customer Service will complete the application review within 1-2 business days after the submission.

If you need to check the progress of your submitted application, you can click go to the Application History page and click [View Details].

Once the application is approved, you will be notified via email/in-app notifications and you will need to go to the Application History page to provide additional information. It will take about 22 business days for IT Support to process your digital assets and return them to your wallet address. Please check your email for updates.

Please choose one of the following retrieval options based on your situation and fill in the corresponding information. Please ensure that the information provided is accurate to avoid unnecessary risks and losses. After filling in the information, click [Submit].
Instructions for filling in the information:
a.Return to the original address / Return to the deposit address of this MEXC account
Return to the original address/deposit address of this MEXC account
- Trading Fee Payment Crypto and Network: You need to select the crypto network displayed on the interface and pay the corresponding trading fee. Please pay the trading fee by scanning the QR code or copying the trading fee address.
- The trading fee is based on the number of wrong deposits: 50 USDT per wrong deposit.
b.Return to the specified address
- Besides the information provided in step a, you will also need to provide a photo identification to prove that you are the one submitting the application for security purposes.

MEXC Customer Service will complete the review within 1-2 business days after the submission of the additional information.a. If the review is approved, IT support expects to complete the review of your information and return your assets to you within 22 business days.
b. If the review fails, MEXC Customer Service will reject your application, and you will need to re-submit the additional information within 72 hours.

Please ensure that the information you fill out is accurate.

In the event of an unsuccessful verification, MEXC will provide an explanation via email.

If the application is approved, MEXC will provide relevant instructions in the application status and notify you via email. If you need to submit additional information, please complete the submission within 7 business days. The system will automatically cancel your application if you fail to submit it on time. If you still need to make a retrieval request, you can either fill out the Wrong Deposit Retrieval Request form again or contact our Customer Service for consultation.
