If you deposited the wrong token to your MEXC address:
Generally, we do not provide recovery service if the wrong address is filed by the user during his operation.
MEXC will help to recover the serious losses of customers due to user’s operational errors within a controllable cost range as the recovery process requires high labor costs, time costs, and risk control costs.
Please provide details of your encounter, your account number, the wrongly deposited token, the address, quantity, txid (very important) of the wrongly deposited token, and a screenshot with the deposit information. We will reply promptly and gauge if your request meets our recovery requirements.
If it is possible to recover your wrong tokens, we will need to install or upgrade your wallet software, export and import your private key, etc. Only highly authorized personnel can perform these operations and they need to undergo strict risk control audits. The whole process will take at least one month or longer. Please be patient.
