What If I Withdraw To The Wrong Adress Or Enter Wrong Memo?

1. If you realized that the withdrawal address is wrong before you confirm the withdrawal SMS or email, you can go to the withdrawal record to cancel the withdrawal and use the correct address to initiate a new withdrawal.
2. If you have confirmed the withdrawal email or SMS, the automatic withdrawal process is activated and cannot be stopped. Due to the anonymity of blockchain addresses, we cannot track them. If you enter the wrong address, please find the owner of the address through other means and negotiate with him to recover your tokens.
3. If you withdraw to other platforms and forget to fill in the remarks (such as EOS, ENU), we will assist you by providing the TXID and related informationof your MEXC withdrawal. You may contact the other platform to seek assistance in recovering your tokens.
