When I deposit digital assets to MEXC, the platform prompts that the transfer was successful but I did not receive it in my account even after waiting for a long time. Why is this so?
The blockchain asset transfer is divided into three steps: the payer withdraws the asset, the blockchain confirms it, and then the receiver will receive the asset.
Step 1: If the transfer is successful, it means that the platform or wallet had performed the transfer request.
Step 2: Reasons such as the time needed to complete the block confirmations, blockchain congestion, delays, etc. will cause a delay in the transferring of your digital assets.
Step 3: Once the confirmations are completed, the asset will be credited to your account as soon as possible.
You can ask the transfer platform for the TXID to check the progress of your transfer or contact MEXC Customer Care to assist you with the checking.
If the blockchain confirmations are completed but you haven’t received the deposit in your MEXC account, please contact the MEXC Customer Care and provide your MEXC email account, token name, and txid.
If the blockchain confirmations are still pending, please wait patiently for them to be completed;
If you couldn’t find the TXID for a long time after you apply for a withdrawal to MEXC using another platform, please contact the other platform.
