Not receiving withdraw issue

Transfer through blockchains is devided into 3 parts, Withdraw platforms send out, confirmed by blockchains, deposit platforms credit.

1, according to different tokens and platforms,the hash will be activated in 1-60 minutes, so that means the transfer has been sent out from us already and it needs to be confirmed on blockchain.

2, please click the check button and open the blockchain to see if the confirmations arrive the requested numbers.

3 , if the status on blockchain shows in process or not confirmed, please wait patiently until it has been confirmed. If the status shows confirmation finished but you never received the assets, at this moment , MEXC has already sent out , please contact the platform you withdraw to for further help. 

Notice:

If the confirm button of your withdraw has been activated, it may be delayed due to the congesion on blockchains.

If you could not find the TXID in 6 hours after withdraw, please contact online service to check and help. And please take a screenshot of the withdrawe record, we will help you to fix ASAP.

How to get into the blockchain for checking the status of your withdraw.

Click [Wallet]-[History]-[Withdrawl]. Find the one you want to check , if it shows in process or unconfirmed, please wait patiently until it has been confirmed.

When the status shows withdraw successfully, please click [Txid] adddress and check the details of the withdraw.
