Tutorial: P2P Fiat Trading on the Desktop

Step 1: Edit your nickname & add a fund withdrawal method

Once you have logged in successfully, click on “Buy Crypto”, followed by “Settings”.

You can then proceed to edit your nickname and add a fund withdrawal method.

Step 2: Start Trading - BuyUSDT

Tap on “P2P Markets” and choose your trading currency. In this tutorial, we will use Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Next, select your listing from the displayed offers.

You may then select the number of tokens you would like to purchase or select the amount of MYR that you would like to spend. Finalise the transaction by clicking the “Order” button.

Please make payment to the relevant merchant’s bank account within the allotted time. You may place additional transaction details in the message box to provide clarity on the transaction. You can then return to the previous page by clicking “Payment Completed”.

Your transaction should be processed within fifteen minutes. Please do not cancel your order prematurely. You may check your order status in “Latest Orders”.

Step 3: Start Trading - Sell USDT

Tap on “P2P Markets” and choose your trading currency. In this tutorial, we will use Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Next, select your listing from the displayed offers.

You may then select the number of tokens you would like to sell or indicate the sum of MYR that you would like to get. Finalise the transaction by tapping the “Order” button.

Do give the merchant some time to make payment. However, if you do not receive payment within the stated time, you may contact the merchant directly. Failing that, you may proceed to submit an appeal to resolve the situation.

 Note: You can ONLY use your own personal bank card to receive the fund. 

Do note that you may only receive the funds with a verified bank account. Once you have received payment, do remember to tap “Confirm Transfer” to release the tokens to the buyer. If you do not do so, the transaction will not be completed.

Tutorial: P2P Fiat Trading (Application)

Step 1:

Tap on “Trade”

Step 2:

Next, tap on “Fiat”

Step 3:

Select your trading currency.

Step 4:

Select your offer and complete the transaction steps; same as website. 

Notes:

1. Fiat trades do not complete automatically. Once you have made a purchase, do transfer the funds to your merchant with their bank account information. Please perform the transfer with an account that has been linked to your identity. Otherwise, your transaction might be delayed.
2. Once payment has been made, tap the “Payment Completed” button and wait for up to fifteen minutes for the merchant to release your tokens to you. Should you cancel your order during this time, your purchased tokens may not be released.
3. Merchant bank account information is updated from time to time. Do verify their account information before making a transfer.
4. All USDT will be credited to your fiat account. You will have to transfer it to your spot account in order to begin trading.
