Regarding "Unable to Receive SMS Verification Code" Issue

Dear users,

We've recently received feedback from users stating that they are unable to receive SMS verification code. Here's a few reasons to these issues with solutions provided:

Reason 1: MXC currently does not support SMS Verification services in your country.

Reason 2: Security software blocking off the SMS Verification

Solution: Temporarily turning off the security software to obtain SMS Verification.

Reason 3: Carrier line is congested

Solution: SMS Verification will be delayed when carrier service is congested or abnormal. Please contact your mobile operator to try obtain it later.

Reason 4: Frequency of obtaining SMS Verification too often

Solution: Sometimes when users request SMS Verification too often, it will take some time for the SMS to reach you. Please try again after a while.

Reason 5: Poor/No signal at your current location

Solution: SMS Verification may be delayed due to poor signal. Please switch to a location with better signal.

Notes: If you tried all the above solutions and still can't receive the SMS Verification, remember to also check if your mobile phone's storage is full.
