Kickstarter Campaign FAQ

What is Kickstarter?
Kickstarter is a listing campaign initiated by the project team on MEXC before launch, where users can stake tokens to vote towards a predetermined goal. Once the goal is hit, the listing process will be kickstarted, and free token airdrops will be arranged for participating users prior to the listing. This event is designed to identify high-quality projects and, at the same time, bring airdrop benefits to MEXC users.

How to participate in Kickstarter on MEXC? 
MEXC-ers can join the event by logging on to their MEXC account. Users can choose to vote for the projects with the specified voting token and receive free airdrop rewards by assessing [Earn - Kickstarter]. For example: If the voting token is MX, users can participate by holding 10 MX and above in their assets.

What is the snapshot mechanism in the Kickstarter event?
The max amount of assets you can commit depends on the daily average balance in your Spot Wallet over the snapshot period (The system takes 3 snapshots randomly per day).
Daily average balance = Sum on smallest balance snapshotted for X days/X days
For example:
1. Assume the snapshot only lasts one day, and the smallest balance snapshotted during the day is 100 MX, then you can commit 100 MX at most.
Daily average balance = 100/1=100 MX
2. Assume the snapshot lasts three days, and the smallest balances snapshotted during the three days are 100 MX, 200 MX, and 300 MX respectively, then you can commit 200 MX at most.
Daily average balance = (100+200+300)/3=200 MX

Which token will I receive as my airdrop rewards?
Users will receive the project token that they have participated in the voting.

Any fees required for participating in the Kickstarter campaign?
Kickstarter is completely free of charge! No fees will be needed for participation.

How long will my staked tokens be locked?
During the process of vote counting, the tokens used for voting will be temporarily locked during the event period and will be unlocked when the event concludes. Please stay tuned for the unlocking schedule on the announcement. 

When will I receive the airdrop rewards?
The airdrop rewards will be distributed proportionally according to users’ total votes once the event concludes. Please stay tuned for further announcements.
