MEXC Launchpad provides users worldwide with a low-cost opportunity to invest early in project tokens. 

MEXC will record the user MX holding amount for 5 days, from 2021-12-1 16:00 (UTC) to 2021-12-6 15:59 (UTC). The max amount of MX you can commit depends on the daily average MX balance in your Spot Account over the 5-day snapshot period.

Subscription Timeline:

• MX Position Period 2021-12-1 16:00 (UTC) to 2021-12-6 15:59 (UTC)
  How daily position is calculated: Daily average position = Sum on smallest positions held on X days/X days
• Subscription Period 2021-12-7 11:30 (UTC) to 2021-12-8 11:30 (UTC): Subscription will open at this time for all eligible users for a 24 hour period. Users must also sign the Token Purchase Agreement at the same time, prior to committing their MX. 
  You must click on the button to commit a certain amount of MX towards the new project during this subscription period. The max amount of MX you can commit depends on the daily average MX balance in your Spot Account over the 5-day snapshot period.
• The initial rough calculation of each participant’s final token allocation is:
  Individual committed MX / Total committed MX by all participants) * Total CLY tokens to be sold on Launchpad.
• The amount of MX to be deducted= (participant’s final token allocation *CLY*0.4USDT) / MX average price
• The average price of MX will be the average closing price from December 2, based on the UTC+8 time zone, to December 6.

Please note that once committed, your MX will be locked and you will not be able to redeem or access any other functions such as transfers, withdrawals or trading until final token distribution.

The MX that is frozen during the event period will not be withdrawable or traded. Please participate at your own discretion.

4.
