MEXC to Support BitTorrent (BTT) Token Migration, Redenomination and Renaming Plan

Dear users,

MEXC will support the BitTorrent (BTT) token migration, 1:1,000 redenomination plan, and renaming plan with the following timeline:

At 06:00 on Jan 14 (UTC), MEXC will suspend BTT/USDT cross margin borrowing and isolated margin borrowing.
At 06:00 on Jan 15 (UTC), MEXC will close all BTT/USDT isolated margin positions, conduct an automatic settlement, cancel all pending isolated margin orders for BTT, and then delist BTT/USDT isolated margin trading pair. A separate announcement will be made for relisting.
At 06:00 on Jan 15 (UTC), MEXC Futures will close all BTT/USDT futures positions, conduct an automatic settlement and cancel all pending orders on BTT/USDT futures contract, and then delist this contract. A separate announcement will be made for relisting.
MEXC will delist all existing BTT ETF trading pairs (BTT3L/USDT, BTT3S/USDT) and cancel all pending BTT ETF orders at 2022-01-17 03:00 (UTC). Please close your positions as soon as possible. If you do not close your positions on time, the platform will liquidate your positions at 03:00 (UTC) on January 17, 2022. We apologize for any inconvenience caused to you.
At 01:00 on Jan 17 (UTC), MEXC will suspend deposits and withdrawals for BTT. Please ensure that you leave sufficient time for your BTT deposits to be fully processed prior to this time. If deposited after this time, the tokens will not be credited to your account.
At 02:00 on Jan 17 (UTC), MEXC will delist all existing BTT spot trading pairs (BTT/USDT, BTT/BTC) and cancel all pending spot trade orders.
MEXC will recover all old BTT balances and begin the distribution of new BTT, which will still be named as BTT, to all eligible users at a ratio of 1 BTT (Old) = 1,000 BTT (New).
After the token migration, the old BTT tokens will be renamed as BTTOLD, and the new tokens’ ticker will still be BTT.
At 09:00 on Jan 17 (UTC), MEXC will make BTT deposits and withdrawals available.
At 15:00 on Jan 17 (UTC), MEXC will open spot trading for BTT/USDT.
