MEXC Will Upgrade Futures System on 19th April 2022

Dear Users:

To better optimize product performance and enhance your trading experience, MEXC Futures will be undergoing a system upgrade on 19th April 2022, 22:30 - 23:30 (UTC). The estimated downtime is 1 hour. During the upgrade, all open orders will be retained; functions such as transferring funds, opening/closing positions, and canceling orders will be temporarily suspended on both the website and APP. Upon completing the above upgrade, you will have 15 minutes to cancel orders and transfer assets into the Futures account, but placing new orders and transferring assets out from the Futures account will be temporarily suspended during the period on both Web and APP.

Please monitor closely to your orders and position beforehand to avoid any unnecessary losses. Upon completion of the upgrade, an announcement will be published, and trading for the Futures market will be resumed. We apologize for the inconvenience caused.

If the market is encountering high volatility before the upgrade, MEXC will postpone the upgrade and make an announcement based on the market situation. Therefore, please refer to the official announcement in time for more info.
