If you do not receive an email, please try the following:
1. Make sure the email address you entered when logging in is correct.
2. Look for it in your spam folder or other folders.
3. Check if the mail client is sending and receiving normally.
4. If possible, choose mainstream mailboxes such as Gmail, Outlook, etc.
5. It may be a network delay problem, so please check your mailbox again after a while. The verification code is valid for 15 minutes.
6. If you still haven't received the email, it may be blocked. In this case, the user must add MEXC's email domain to the email whitelist and try to receive mail again.

Whitelist for email address:
mexc@notice.mexc.link
dontreply@notification.mexc.link
Note: After the whitelist was set successfully, it is recommended to try to obtain the email verification code after 10 minutes as some email service providers need a certain time to take effect.
